The highly anticipated sequel to the successful movie “Code 8” is set to be released soon. The film promises to deliver even more thrilling scenes and an epic thriller story, falling into the genres of action and sci-fi drama. Following the massive success of the first installment, viewers are eagerly anticipating even more excitement in part 2.
Netflix brings Code 8 Part II, which features the return of director Jeff Chan from the previous installment. The production companies behind the movie are XYZ Films and Collective Pictures. In addition, Robbie Amell and Stephen Amell make a comeback in the new sequel with Alex Mallari Jr.
When will ‘Code 8 Part 2’ be released?
After the long time-lapse of waiting finally, Code 8 Part 2 will be dropping on Netflix on February 28, 2024.

“Part 2 is the continuation of the previous part, and in both parts of Code 8, there is a common story that depicts a future in which 4% of the population has supernatural abilities. “The new sequel to Code 8 follows Conner (Robbie Amell), an electric & super-powered man who has just been released from jail and works as a janitor at a community center. He has cut ties with his former criminal associate Garrett (Stephen Amell) and is attempting to stay out of trouble. However, Connor’s peaceful life is disrupted when he is forced to help 14-year-old Pav escape from a group of corrupt officers led by Sergeant King (Alex Mallari Jr). King uses newly launched robotic K9s to track down Pav, leaving Connor with no choice but to reluctantly reach out to Garrett and his crew for help”.
The previous installment, Code 8, had raised a whopping $2.5 million from over 35,000 supporters through Indiegogo, making it the second-highest crowdfunded original film of all time. The film broke records in Canada for Elevation Pictures and in the US for Vertical Entertainment by having the highest-grossing day-and-date release. All of this happened upon the release of the movie.
