F. Gary Gray returns with another heist-based movie concept, also the director from The Italian Job and Be Call, which are some of his best works from the 2000s.
WHEN IS ‘LIFT’ REALEASED?
The movie “The Lift” will premiere on January 12th, streaming on Netflix with a possibility of limited theatrical release in select regions.
THE PLOT OF LIFT:
The movie follows a master thief who is recruited by his ex-girlfriend. Cyrus Whitaker(played by Kevin Hart) leads the international heist crew race to lift $500 million in gold from a passenger plane at 40,000 feet.
WHO ARE THE CAST OF LIFT?
Kevin Hart plays the lead of the heist crew. Other starring stars include Yun Jee Kim, Úrsula Corberó, Jacob Batalon, Sam Worthington, Jean Reno, Viveik Kalra, Burn Gorman, Paul Anderson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Vincent D’Onofrio, Billy Magnussen.
