My Oni Girl is a story about Hiiragi Yatsuse, a first-year high school student who resides in the picturesque and prestigious Yamagata Prefecture. Despite his constant efforts to please others, he has trouble making friends. His life takes an unexpected turn when, one summer day, he meets Tsumugi, an oni (demon) girl, on a quest to find her mother in the human world. Tsumugi is the complete opposite of Hiiragi – she does whatever she pleases and represents a bubbly & powerful character. Since Tsumugi’s arrival, Snow mysteriously begins to fall… and their adventure begins.
